Things to Do in The Church on Christmas Eve December 25, 2019
Definitely, you are so excited to celebrate your favorite Christmas Day. No doubt, you had celebrated Christmas last year with full enthusiasm, No doubt, you had expressed lots of love to God and Also no doubt, you had decorated your humble abode like a mansion on Christmas Eve. But this year, you can do something unique.
Here are the Things to Do in The Church, the home of Jesus Christ. During his religious teachings, He always encouraged people to help the poor. If you really wish to praise Jesus Christ on this Christmas Eve, you have a lot to do in the Church.
Pray to God for forgiveness and show you the right path:
Humanity is real wealth. Pray to God with a pure heart. Request him to show the right path, request him to forgive you as a son. God is your father. He will surely show you the right way and give you another chance to show your humanity and to spread love in every corner of the universe.
You should blow this prayer for forgiveness—
“Lord Jesus, for too long I’ve kept you out of my life. I know that I am a sinner and that I cannot save myself. No longer will I close the door when I hear you knocking. By faith, I gratefully receive your gift of salvation. I am ready to trust you as my Lord and Savior. Thank you, Lord Jesus, for coming to earth. I believe you are the Son of God who died on the cross for my sins and rose from the dead on the third day. Thank you for bearing my sins and giving me the gift of eternal life. I believe your words are true. Come into my heart, Lord Jesus, and be my Savior. Amen.”
Or you can also blow this short prayer for forgiveness—
“Father, today I ask forgiveness of all the negative and harmful words I have spoken about myself. I do not want to abuse myself in such a way again. Transform my thoughts and let me understand how marvelously you made me. Change my habits so I use my tongue to speak hope and favor upon my life. In Jesus’ name.”
Help the Poor:
Lightening candles on the Church is a custom. You should definitely follow your customs and culture. But if you help one poor man by food, clothing, and shelter, this would be a great thing rather than lightening thousands of candles on the church. Spreading lights in the small house of a needy, you can praise Jesus Christ and get thousands of blessings and that would be real wealth.
Make Sure, you should be pure from heart and never do anything for your own gain. Just keep praying to God for the good of others. Then, you can say that you have celebrated this Christmas Eve in the real sense.
Cheer Up! Wish Your Merry Christmas!
